There are no words adequate to express the depth of betrayal she has exibited in doing this.

I agree - humiliating white men. Terrible. So destructive. Run screaming from the feminists -- that's what I tell my son.

German law provides "universal jurisdiction" allowing for the prosecution of war crimes and related offenses that take place anywhere in the world.

So they voted themselves to be the judge of the whole world???? Talk about arrogance! Since when does the home of the Nazis and the Holocaust have ANY RIGHT to declare themselves judge of the whole world?

Karpinski was demoted to Colonel for dereliction of duty, making a material misrepresentation to investigators, failure to obey a lawful order and shoplifting. Karpinski had failed to inform the Army as required when filling out an official document about an earlier arrest on an Air Force base in the US on a misdemeanour charge.

She was the commander of three large US- and British-led prisons in Iraq in 2003, eight battalions, and 3400 Army reservists.

If Germany wants to play this game, we should open up Hamburg officials to 9/11 liability claims in US courts for failing to ferret out a lethal threat to US citizens.

As someone posted on another thread, they're suing for copyright infringement.

I'm going to have to agree with you, unfortunately. Everyone knows promises fly during the honeymoon but once that's over it's back to the real world. For the Dems in power that means revenge and consolidation of power.
Revenge against Christian conservatives, 2A advocates, conservative talk radio, conservative blogs, et. al.

The war was basically a UN war to enforce earlier UN declarations. I say let Kofi do the time.

Janis Karpinski

"..Janis Leigh Karpinski (born May 25, 1953, Rahway, New Jersey) is a United States Army Colonel in the 800th Military Police Brigade. She was demoted from Brigadier General in the aftermath of the Abu Ghraib torture and prisoner abuse scandal for dereliction of duty, making a material misrepresentation to investigators, and failure to obey a lawful order.

Karpinski claims that she was made a "scapegoat" in order to protect higher ranking military personnel from the scandal.[1]. Karpinski was demoted to Colonel for dereliction of duty, making a material misrepresentation to investigators, failure to obey a lawful order and shoplifting. Karpinski had failed to inform the Army as required when filling out an official document about an earlier arrest on an Air Force base in the US on a misdemeanour charge..."

This is just the beginning. The dems are going to start their "oversight" in February. They say now that impeachment is off the table. But they will uncover things in their "oversight" that COMPEL them to move to impeach Bush and Cheney. It will be their Constitutional duty. Just wait.

Americans will tear the RAT party apart. Literally!

This woman is a traitor, and Germany can go to hell if they think that a Democratic congress means they can prosecute our citizens - for posing prisoners naked!

Where does she live? We should organize a massive protest against this turncoat whore, and Germany.
