I agree that the term RINO is overused. The correct term for most of these guys is OBSTRUCTIONISTS. They are either egomaniacs or just plain traitors to the conservative agenda when they are needed most.

Things like this should seriously diminish someone's ACU rating, so we can get an accurate gauge of their true standing.
The ACU ratings aren't necessarily a gauge of conservatism, I mean, McCain and Graham both got 80 or above.
I think the answer is egomaniacs with no care for anyone's agenda but their own.
