Appears to me that they intend to challenge the NFA of '34 in court, - on the constitutional grounds that an 'unorganized' militia can possess full auto weapons as per the 2nd.
Incredibly enough, some FReepers think this is crazy.. To me it's crazy to believe the '34 'act' is constitutional.
Incredibly enough, some FReepers think this is crazy.. Only crazy thing is thinking the Supreme Court might actually rule based on the simple words of the Constitution, and of the people who wrote and ratified it.
Still, the Court isn't going to get any better any time soon than it is right now, given events of last Tuesday.
