The FBI released a tape of him accepting $50,000 to get an Arab into the country...Not true. The tape showed Murtha considering the bribe, but not accepting. This is why he was never indicted. He preferred the money to pass through intermediaries rather than directly into his own pocket. He's corrupt, but smart.

That is exactly my point. It was implied that Foley had sex with underage pages when he only had email contact with them. The MSM then made the implications a reality.
The FBI tapes show Murtha "considered" taking the bribe but the MSM never reported this as even a consideration. The double standard is amazing
