Numbers USA has some interesting numbers on losses by candidates for strict control vs candidates with more liberal immigration ideas.
11.5% of all Republican seats in Congress were lost as Democrats took back control of Congress
But only 6.7% of the Members of Tancredo's Immigration Reform Caucus lost their seats.
Loss of Election by Republicans Based on Their Immigration-Reduction Grade of This Congress
9.6% with an A grade lost
25.0% with an F grade lost

You can scream all the numbers you want. You can rationalize and makes excuses all your want. Doesn't matter how hard you try to spin Tuesday as a "Win" for your opinions on Immigration. The US House Republicans stood tall on Immigration. Your fired them for it. That is the message DC heard. You just cut your own political throats with your 100% or nothing dogma. You got nothing. Hope you enjoy it.
