When I was in high school a freind of mine (white) was jumped by 6 guys (white) for dating the wrong girl (one of the jumpers old girlfriends).
He told me and some other freinds (all white) and we collected about 15 guys to find these 6 guys (everyone is white).
These 6 guys find out we were coming to thier neighborhood (a white neighborhood) and they had at least 30 guys (all white) to meet us.
Most of my friends split (white and not too stupid). I stuck around (white and stupid or too young to know better you decide). Well we fought, me and my friends lost and we left never to venture into that neighborhood again.
My point is, escalation by bringing more freinds is not a Hispanic thing, its a teenage boy thing.

Thanks for the common sense post, dpa.
I grew up in an almost all white environemt in the Sixties, and saw numerous white gang fights, beatings, riots and assorted acts of mayhem during that time.
Blacks and Latinos sure have their share of thugs and crazies too but those who pull the race card in cases like the one in Beaumont have no sense of history.
