I just got a new car with XM in it and have migrated from Bob and Tom to Glenn Beck 8 - 11. We only get Glenn from 1 to 2 in St. Louis. He offers a very informative show that is also very entertaining. I think that if major word on him gets out he is likely to endear about 75% of Americans. He claims to be a conservative before any party affiliation - R or D. I had my fill of Rush years ago and Sean is wearing me down too. It just seems that no matter what Republican so they will sign off on it. Although I did hear Sean ramble on about the Repubicans spending like liberal democrats.
On the flip side, I see so much hate coming out of the left camp. I noticed that Air America was also on XM - my God how much hate can spew from one persons mouth - I think it was Randi something. But she was full of hate, nothing but hate and wishing phyical violence on the president and his family - I thought that was a crime. Not even remotely funny or interesting or any where near informative. That is where Glenn Beck will steal that demographic - he's funny, informative and entertaining. I personally think he is the real deal - WYSIWYG.

I agree...I love Glenn and try not to miss him when I'm in my car. I also signed up as an "Insider" so I could listen online when I get the chance. And Nanci whoeveritis on Air America...whew! In the rare times I've accidentally gotten that station and heard her, I am amazed she is able to draw even one listener with her vicious comments. And her voice grates on my nerves! Absolutely NO comparison!
