Basically President Bush foreign policy has collapsed. It's amazing how quite the administration has been lately. Here we have a country flat out stating they will destroy us and we turn a deaf ear. If another country threatens us with physical harm the President has the obligation and the right to defend us.
I would not say his policy has collapsed
its just that other things happened faster, and the world wass complicit.
