If you recall, they threatened military action against anyone sending aid into the parts of India affected by the 2004 tsunami. Honestly, I'm not a fan of any government in that region.

What??! What are you talking about? India as a matter of fact allied with US, Japan and Australia to send aid to countries affected by the Tsunami (of course we chose not to accept any aid ourself but we didn't need to threaten anybody over it).
