Well, let me ask you this... Who would you prefer: A candidate who says he supports abortion, but who would nevertheless appoint conservative Supreme Court nominees who might overturn Roe (Giuliani), or a candidate who says he is a right to lifer, but who nevertheless lead the McCain Insurrection in an effort to broker a compromise that would lead to moderate "consensus building" Supreme Court nominees (McCain)?

Actions speak louder than words.

First of all, how do we know Rudi would appoint conservative SC nominees who might overturn Roe? His record in NYC gives no indication that he would.

Second, I don't believe I said that I would prefer McCain over Rudi. I don't know what he would do regarding judicial appointments. But his record of hatching out the unconstitutional CFR abomination and for supporting and promoting unconstitutional anti-2nd Amendment state laws in several states following the Columbine tragedy certainly doesn't suggest a strong commitment to compliance with the intent of the Constitution's authors.
