The thing about OJ is everyone with even a lick of sense knows he did it. He was acquitted in a (three ring circus) trial so jeopardy is attached. The civil trial found him responsible for Nicole and Ron's death

If he had any conscience at all, he would just come out and tell the truth. The law can't touch him any more and he's already a societal pariah. What does he have to lose, really?
