Who's suprised? They can't even wait until they have their newly elected members sworn in to start with this nonsense. I'd say he's off the reservation, but we know this is what they wanted. He's just announcing it early.

"Congressman Kucinich called Wednesday for cutting off funding of the Iraq war, as the surest way out of Iraq."

They only real surprise here is that he waited all of 8 days after the election to put it out there.

I figured that was the Dems strategy all along.

Sun Tzu:

"When the enemy advances, we retreat
When the enemy rests, we harass
When the enemy tires, we attack
When the enemy withdraws, we pursue."

This is the enemies mindset in Iraq. Do people really believe that they are going to forget the last line and leave us alone? I'd rather not find out. Stay on the attack!

I wonder if this disgraceful man heard what General Abizaid ssid about the terrorists LISTENING AND WATCHING our media and our politics...and learning from what they see...how to wage the war.

He makes me sick- he's a cowardly bastard.

Those who accused the Bush administration of having started a war that is another Vietnam will ensure that it becomes just that.

These are the same exact words that echoed the halls of our government then, and they come from the same party. Isn't it ironic that they are the ones throwing this cliche "another Vietnam" around as if they had some high ground on this topic?

Before they are done, I will have lost three of my friends, spent 16 months away from home, and bloodied my hands for nothing. It's not Rumsfeld or Bush I loath, they sent me to do a dangerous job that was needed to be done. It's the assholes who fall in our back and claim "they care" for us, the ones who exploit the war by using it as a political club to beat on the opposition while they were in the minority. Those who say "they care" for the VET and tried so hard to recruit VETS who will say Rumsfeld is bad or the war is wrong, who used them as poster child's, and in a time when national unity was required to confront a common national even internation threat did all they could to divide us for their political gain, those are the guys I loath.

The word "Democrat" has become an insult in our household. Now I know where my father (Joined the USAF in 1965) was coming from. I guess his generation saw the same thing. Who says history doesn't repeat itself?

From David Horowitz's Discover the Network site:

"Democracy Now! receives indirect funding from George Soros, and direct funding from Soros' Open Society Institute, the Glaser Foundation, the Ford Foundation, the Tides Foundation, the Public Welfare Foundation, the Schumann Center for Media and Democracy, and other left-leaning foundations."

Notice that these tax exempt marxist organizations work together to destroy these United States. Where else would they find support for the Pacifica/Amy Goodmand radio network?

I've been calling for Dennis to be cut off as well.... just below the chin and above the collar bone. The guy is a walking poster child for retro-active abortions. Mother Teresa herself would have knocked this twerp out with a hard swung right hook.

Dammit. This F'ing guy is throwing away American lives. He's throwing away America. He's proving once again, like that bastard Kerry that America is too weak to fight and WIN a war.

If we leave now, watch what happens in this country. It happened in Spain, America is next.

The pathetic twerp needs ... nevermind, I'll be banned and the SS will be knocking.

I'm so pissed off, I'm gonna have a smoke.

Treason. There's no other word for it. What would people have said in WWII if a congressman had proposed cutting off funding for the war? It's treason, pure and simple.
