Have you ever read the public information articles that say never to look a gangbanger in the eye? When I read things like that, it reminds me of studing zoology; how in the wild one shouldn't look a dangerous animal in the eyes as it might provoke. SOMEONE is not civilizing these children. They are growing into dumb wild beasts.
