I don't distrust Mormons any more than I distrust muslims. Heck, in my last band I was one of only two non-mormon members. It's what mormonism teaches them that I have a problem with. It is not violent like islam, but there is some other, let's say, "unique" stuff. But it is the foundational stuff that is the problem.

I see the mormon church really as a political institution as it is, and a very powerful one at that.

There is a lot of distrust of Mormons in here too. Christians distrusting Christians. It's like watching Sunnis and Shias debate. It would be funny if it weren't so sad.

And, before any of you go into your rehearsed diatribe about how Mormons are not "real Christians," don't bother, I've heard that crap before.
