I hope you're right. I hope Dubya has the stuff enough to veto. He's awfully conciliatory lately and it gives me a sinking feeling.

She doesn't care if they get signed. She just wants to make it look like they are getting things through the House during the 100 WORKING hours (could take weeks or even months). They way that the press has been explaining it some might take that to mean literal 100 hours.
