I wonder why Mr. Traficant is "doing time". Is he a greater menace to society than those listed in your article? Or maybe other Dems don't like him so well.The only Dem to talk about Chinagate on the House floor. Not even a clean Dem could get away with that, and Jim wasn't exactly clean.
