- VCrisis.com reported that recently a disturbing group has appeared in Venezuela, as alien visitors, in their desert landscape: Hezbollah. The Islamic fanatics of Hezbollah are rapidly infiltrating the tribe of the Wayuu. They are indoctrinating the members of this tribe, to convert them into Islamic fanatics. They are disseminating, via Internet, a strategy "to change Venezuela."
Ahmadinejad Predicts Collapse of Israel, U.S., U.K. & Threatens Gulf States
- Bloomberg reported that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad predicted the collapse of Israel, the U.S. and Britain.
- Middle East Newsline reported that for the first time, Iran has threatened to attack Gulf Arab allies of the United States.
Iran denies reports of planning a Iran/Syria/Iraq Summit
- The International Herald Tribune reported that Iran on Sunday denied reports that it was trying to organize a summit bringing together its president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, and the leaders of Iraq and Syria.
Maliki fires 3,000 government employees for militia ties
- Mult-National Force in Iraq reported that the Iraqi Government is working to eradicate militia influence inside the security force structure. In the Ministry of the Interior, 3,000 people were fired for their ties to militias. Some of them are being criminally charged.
Iran can play soccer for a promise...
- Playfuls.com reported that Iran reached an agreement with the world governing body FIFA over allowing Iran's national football team to attend the Asian Games for a promise from Iran that it must meet all FIFA demands within one month
The UN should kick out Ahmadinejad's government.
- Elie Wiesel, The New York Daily News argued that the UN must expel Ahmadinejad's murderous regime.

- Reuters reported that Iran's agreement to let U.N. inspectors check its records on uranium enrichment may assist a probe into its nuclear work but only scratch the surface of what the West fears is a disguised bid for atom bombs, analysts say.
- The Observer reported that a film shows the public hanging of Alireza Gorji, 23, and his friend Hossein Makesh, 22, in July in Broudjerd, Iran. According to official versions of the charges, they were put to death because they had behaved 'immorally'. The truth, according to anti-government campaigners, is that the two men were among increasing numbers of political activists being executed by Iran on trumped-up charges.
