Countries like India just can't develop weapons like this faster because it always gives greater importance to the kind of people your picture shows..Unlike others which shove people off it's streets to shown an Olympic inspection team around.
Does it make you feel better if you could laugh people who are less fortunate than you ? Do you also take time to laugh at people who are missing limbs or have genetic defects ?
If that is so, I cant discuss much with you.
But if it isnt so, I'd like to remind you that humiliating an entire nation and her people for the presence of poverty is exactly similar to your logic.
India has a long way to go before it gets on par with USA.. everyone knows that and you arent the first to recognize it.. but its making substantial effort to escape the situation.
And please dont forget that we are one of the handful of democracies in Asia. And most Indian people are definitely NOT anti-American, a fact I hope you atleast acknowledge, if not appreciate.
Its up to you to judge if they still merit such brutal criticism and ridicule on account of poverty of some of their countrymen, while their scientific and technical mettle are callously disregarded and blatantly trivialized.
