Italians in general look nothing at all like arabs.
In Persians you may have a point, but it seems that native Iranians seem to be able to tell the difference, and they aren't exactly kind to them in Iran.
The Greek family that I know would be insulted by your question, but I understand you point in asking if it was an honest question.

If we make a mistake, we could always apologize later. Seems a better approach than tolerating these b@stards, and then having to bury our loved one later, while we listen to the government say they just weren't "prepared".
