Just wait until a mosque moves into the area and is blaring the call to prayer 5 times a day. Everyone will want the noise ordinance enforced then.
I've lived near mosques and I've lived near churches. After a couple of months both become "background" and largely unnoticed.
Clearly these people who are complaining do not have enough to worry about in their lives.
