For me personally it would be Britain, Canada, Israel, Germany, and India...with Mexico, UN, Russia, France, China, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Syria, the "Palestinian government", Cuba, Iran, and North Korea all tied for dead last.

And it is ridiculous that Australia and Poland are not mentioned.

It is slightly strange to ask about England rather than the UK when referring to a country.

The only reason I can see for not including countries like Scotland, Eire, Australia or New Zealand is if they only included countries with a population over 20m, but I can't see why they would do that.
