I did the original frames and never did anything but the webpage with them
Then cut it to 2 frames from 3
The flicker FX is impressive

Troopers will only be able to check an illegal's statusgal if he or she is stopped for some other violation. They can then check on his status with ICE. Ice has to tell them to detain the person.
