Franklin Raines and Jaime Gorelick should, of course, be tried on criminal charges. But, one's a woman and the other is black -- and, both are lib's. So, they'll both remain free and spend lots of their free time sitting on bi-partisan commissions covering matters of serious national consequence awaiting a Billary Presidency, where both will be nominated to cabinet positions without the press ever mentioning their checkered pasts.
