What's his military background?
He was a Captain when I was in grad school with him. He got his master's in Nuclear Engineering from N.C. State University.
I believe that Oderieno was the Commander of the group
that was tracking Saddam down when he was caught. As
I remember, he ws the first high ranking officer to
"greet" him after his capture.
