I'm not sure. This report's ridiculous diplomatic analysis seems to have inspired a backlash that is discrediting not only Baker (and Hamilton), but the entire report itself.
I suspect (well, hope, actually) that this report will mark (in the short term, anyway) the high-water-mark of Saudi influence in American foreign-policy analysis.
Good point.....it is so full of stupid ideas, that no sane person can support it.
