America's Fatal Weakness
Canadian Press ^ | December 11, 2006 | JB Williams

Terrorists abroad have spent decades preparing for war against the west, studying American culture, identifying all of the cracks in the mortar, all of the weak links in our chain of command and the soft spots in our defenses that make the worlds last remaining super-power a vulnerable target for any terrorists willing to die for the cause.

In retrospect, America's weaknesses were more obvious to others than most Americans thought.

They come in all shapes and sizes, all ages, all disguises, speak many languages, hold regular jobs and live in many of our neighborhoods

But they all have one characteristic in common .... they are all Muslims.

"The Baker – Hamilton Commission on Iraq just issued their worthless report. The news media is eager to treat this report like “news” of some indictment of Bush Iraq policies. ...This special Iraq commission has come up with the ingenious idea ...that until Iraqi troops can defend their nation, American soldiers can not leave Iraq… This is news? This is innovative thinking from our nations best and brightest?..."

As if this is NOT what the administration has been pounding into the media talking heads from the beginning....!!!???? As if we have NOT heard this nine ways from Sunday ever since Thunder Run, andAS IF we have not had it reiterated to us as if we were 5-year olds in every State of the Union address since the deployment????!!! Duhhhh Maybe the MSM is confused because this plan ALSO goes by the name of 'stay the course'...an attitude and an idea that has always stuck in their throats... like, since Viet Nam!

"America's Fatal Weakness"

One day our weakness will be traced back to our loss of faith as a nation. While we bussied ourselves with dismantling mangers during Christianity's second most holy day, and outlawing every other public display of Christianity, and were reveling in sexual promiscuity and vice of every kind, and passing laws to protect this vice under the pretense of "rights", the muslims were still busy bowing to their 'god', and their koranic hatred for Christians, Jews and 'infidels' festered. Their religion provides for them a great source of energy and fuel to stoke their Christian/Jew/infidel hating traditions, while Western faith turned from Christ to Darwinsm, secularism, politics, drugs and sex; in other words, 'humanism'. Hence, we have developed a spiritual blindness that prevents us from seeing the depth and breadth of the evils and dangers of islam. When God decreases evil increases, so we will never defeat islam without God and our Faith.

We think that technology will conquer them, or perhaps a smooth 'dailogue' with their evil leaders, along with concessions, will sooth their hatred and allow them to peacefully coexist with us. Of course none of this will work. Evil is not appeased. Until the West has its spiritual eyes open again, through a conversion back to Jesus Christ and the Christian faith, I believe there will remain in our societies a deadly inability to even see the face of our enemy, let alone defeat him. The face of islam is the face of Lucifer, who loves to mock the true God by taking the religion He founded and inverting it, and making it his own.

You wouldn't have to replace Islam with Christianity, if they were crushed and felt that Allah would not protect them.

They would abandon it themselves.

Our culture will not survive this fight.

I think we will - however it's going to take a Great Awakening. There is, unfortunately one way for that to happen - and that is another horrific attack. It's coming and when it does, I think most liberals will throw away their flimsy liberal "convictions" and become rabid hawks. They will play the "hawkier than thou" role. Most of their liberal "convictions" are not convictions at all - but mere hot air blather.

Read the book "Do As I Say" and you will realize that most liberals do not really believe what they spout.

A murderous attack on America will send those phony convictions to the trash heap and these same liberals will be screaming for muslim blood.

At least I hope so.

Our weakness is also one of our greatest strengths.

While we do need to have the will to win to be able to prevail, we also need the willpower to not become another butchering country that kills indiscriminately.

They would abandon it themselves.

They would not likely abandon their religion, even if crushed. You do not understand the abject fatalism of the mussulmans. They will go inert and lethargic for a time, perhaps a generation, perhaps several, but they will not give up their religion just because they failed to conquer. And a new Fever will eventually sweep through them again and the cycle will peak once again with death with destruction throughout the world. This is the history and future of Islam.

In the eyes of our enemies, America's decency and honor, our rules of engagement even at war, is our weakness.

And the Left thinks this isn't a war against Evil.

A murderous attack... like 9-11?

The fastest way to win any fight is to take the enemy out of the fight. The best way to do this is to take the fight out of the enemy, immediately, unconditionally and forever. We do not have to crush the enemy. But we do have to crush their will to fight, now or ever again. We have failed to do this and instead, it is unfortunately the American people who seem to be loosing their will to fight.

And the MSM is quite happy to do their part to destroy our morale for the enemy.

A short exercise in fatuosity or a lack of acquaintance with Mohammedan history

A murderous attack... like 9-11?

I'm afraid it could be much, much worse. Maybe not in lives, but in imagery. If they took out the White House, the Capital Building or the Statue of Liberty, I think the liberals would change their tune in a quick hurry. Any of those attacks would be preferable to a dirty bomb in NY or LA that could kill tens of thousands.

I cannot see the liberal leopard changing its spots until something like that happens. I wish I could believe otherwise - but reality is reality.

Even 'forced' Christianity wouldn't do it if they really believe that in the end Allah will save them.

The exercise would be one of futility.

Just as most Christians can't be forced to be muslims. Most muslims will not be forced to be Christians.

It's better to let them stay bewildered and lost for as many generations as necessary then to create an even greater hatred of Christians, which would give them a stronger reason to hold to their faith and allow them to recover sooner.

As you say, the devastation must monumental and complete in order for them to even question Allah and his teachings.

Don't waste your breath. Only those in lock-step with the rangerettes' shallow Christian views are true believers, doncha' know. What you suggest is far to uncomfortable for those raised within the modern squishy doctrine of theology espoused by pretenders in the nondenominational realm.

Now you see what we're up against here at home. I fear for my children and grandchildren's future; whatever comes to pass they certainly won't enjoy the security and prosperity that you and I have known in our lifetimes.

What an interesting concept......

Because txrangerette wants to follow the tenets of true Christianity, it means that she doesn't understand 'even a little bit the threat' of Islam.

I've seen a whole lot of contorted thinking around here, but that's in the top ten for absurdity....

Did you miss the part where 3,000 Americans were murdered by Muslims and the liberals said it was America's fault?

In World War II our fire bombings of Germany and Japan killed many more civilians than military personnel. This was the application of methodical terrorism. It worked. We won they lost.

an 'A-bomb Truman' is needed; we need leadership which doesn't cave to liberal's ideas for prosecution of war to bring the diaperheads to their knees-FAST. loosin masses of civilians will wake up those "moderate" elements to kill their own vermin.

Hey, bud.......you're supposed to ping a person when you slam her.

And that would especially be true when you attack her understanding of Christianity, which is a whole lot deeper and truer than anyone else's I've seen on this thread.
