Not as a paternity matter, but as a continuation of DNA testing ordered under the Non-Testimonial Order for evidentiary purposes, I believe he can. But if he does, he'll have to disclose those results. Even if he samples the baby, Mangum willing, to see if there's a chance of a genetic marker match with any of the three boys, it would have to be disclosed because it would still be a comparison.

Liefong will either not do the test and let the suspicion hang out there, or he will try to do it on the sly.

Scuse me? The judge ordered the test. The defense asked for it....Nifong objected....judge smacked him down. Paternity testing will be done.
