Moments after the casket bearing friend and fellow Navy Hospital Corpsman Christopher Anderson is transferred to a plane in Philadelphia on Tuesday, John Dragneff can no longer hold back his tears. Anderson, 24, died in a mortar attack in Ramadi, Iraq. He requested that Dragneff be his escort if he were killed in action.

There are no words. Just a heartfelt thank you to all who serve. To all who understand what the mission is all about.

Hard to believe that Jim Sheeler is in the same profession as maureen dowd, new york times, wapo and their ilk.

Very powerful. I'm starting to believe that we, as a country, don't deserve the sacrifice of these heroes.

Powerful. Simply powerful.

As I get older, I cry more often. With wisdom comes appreciation for others.

Awesome. The Rocky Mountain News and Jim Sheeler do it again.

Are you seeing this, Drive-by Media? THIS is how you report on a war. You show the pain, the courage, the pride, the loss, ALL OF IT. And you don't slant it to try and bring down the President and put your own cronies in power.
