What exactly is wrong with what was said? The first statement is just saying that jews should know about how it feels to be ganged up on.
As far as the 2nd statement, Regan says that she didn't bring up the term Cabal - the lawyer on the other end of the conversation did.

Why? She didn't say anything offensive. She said that jews should be aware of what it feels like to be piled on and she claims that the lawyer on the other end brought up the term Cabal, not her.
