It's a report alledging a Pentagon source spewing to al-Reuters. Severely skeptical. I haven't run across such a report looking for the things to put up directly from the Pentagon sources.

I am sure that if one of us were to find the stats from the same period last year, we would see the same trend.

Ramadan = a higher incidence of terrorist attacks. Some "holy" month. They find purpose and a closer bond to Allah by killing infidels and apostates.
