Just curious ~ in your memory, who had the most commanding voice? I would say Reagan, but he's my favorite ever, so I don't know if that's why I believe that.

Yes, Hillary has what's been described as an "ex-wife voice," a voice that simply annoys with its finger-wagging moralizing.

I have been reviewing videotapes of 1994 and I was surprised to hear Hillary's voice basically normal back then. I wonder if her 'facial work' has affected her vocal cords, or has it just been her personality as she ages?
