Frank Rich represents everything that is wrong at the New York Times.

Unlike the juvenile Maureen Dowd, he actually tries to write news. Coulter just dissected him, but he's been a loser for years.

Everything he writes is crap.

New York Times theater critic Frank Rich made headlines on the Drudge Report last week by announcing: "We have lost in Iraq."

Of course, Rich was saying we had lost in Iraq more than six months before we went into Iraq.

Now THERE is a pair to draw to. :o)

Ann, you have more balls than all of the NY Times staffers put together. Good work.

When a quagmire occurs in the world (like all the civil wars in Africa over the last 30 years), and the lying media doesn't cover it, is it still a quagmire?

Well, if my plans had been implemented, the anti-war crowd would be weeping about Iraqi civilian deaths so much they wouldn't have time to pretend they gave a damn about the loss of American lives.

I have to agree with that approach.

But the plans that were implemented have deposed a monster, put him on trial -- which resulted in his conviction and death sentence -- killed rape hobbyists Uday and Qusay, presided over three democratic elections, killed al-Zarqawi and scores of other al Qaeda leaders fighting Americans in Iraq, and kept the U.S. safe from Islamic terrorist attacks for five years now. The least I can do is not capitulate to the left's endless nagging.

Still a great accomplishment no matter what MoDo and Tom Friedman and Frank Rich say!

BTW, I get the idea from reading this piece that Frank Rich is GAY!

This too, reminded Rich of Vietnam.

Right now I'm trying to think of something that doesn't remind liberals of Vietnam ... hmmm ... drawing a blank.

that he would "mimic another hubristic Texan president who took a backdoor route into pre-emptive warfare."

JFK was from Texas? I always thought he was from Cape Cod.

God bless Ann. I've taunted her on this forum for a long time, but I admire her. Maybe we should call her the anti Helen Thomas. Younger, smarter, more eloquent, more often quoted, and I'm betting she will show more grace by leaving the stage before the horses pulling it die.

An Coulter is to liberals what chiggers are to barefoot kids all over the world.

See also, from www.rockymountainnews.com:

KNEE-SLAPPER

Republican author/agitator Ann Coulter recently spoke at the Independence Institute's Founder's Day dinner.

Jon Caldara, president of the conservative think tank, couldn't resist having a little fun after she left.

"We got a call from housekeeping at the hotel where Ann Coulter stayed," he wrote in his online newsletter.

"Apparently left in the room were a:

Pair of sunglasses.

SpongeBob SquarePants toothbrush.

.38 snub-nosed revolver.

Lipstick-covered photo of Jon Caldara.

Half-empty bottle of Stoli vodka.

The latest copy of Hot Rod Magazine."

"I called Coulter," Caldara wrote. "She claims the toothbrush isn't hers."

Al Qaeda is on the ropes. But you wouldn't know that if all you read is Frank Rich and the New York Times. They were against our winning in the Middle East before we invaded Iraq and all that's changed now is all every one else joined their view of our situation over there.
