My husband had a conversation with a Muslim from Saudi Arabia last week. Pre 9/11 the Saudis sent 19,000 students to attend college here and post it is now 90,000. The reason is they have opened up more scholarships to get these Muslims students here to have a better understanding of American culture and we of them. They want to promote peace and understanding between the two cultures.

One can only hope this works....I remain a skeptic
