Well, I say screw em anyway. It peeves me off that $15 bil of OUR money was earmarked for this to start with, whether or not it was wasted.
I agree 100%. The problem will eventually correct itself anyway. Nature has a way of correcting any perversions to it's design, regardless whether or not people want to listen to God's advise concerning these things. "Creation is maintained by God's rulings" (Ps.119:91) but it is utterly destroyed by sin.
