Sadly, thats never going to happen. Both parties are interested in one thing and one thing only: keeping power. They don't give 2 sh*ts about the public or public opinion. If they did we'd have a border fence by now.

I have absolutely no faith whatsoever in either party.

As for this AIDS debacle... what did people expect? If the US Gov't is in charge of more than 8 cents of taxpayer money you can be sure they'll squander, waste, 'lose' or otherwise mismanage it. Add a totally corrupt Africa into the mix and this is what you get.

This just another in a LOOOOOONG series of a totally inept US gov't wasting taxpayer dollars.
