I would like to compare the Clinton administration record on fighting AIDS and the Bush administration's record on AIDS. Democrats are so compassionate by nature that I'm sure Clinton was on top of the fight against AIDS. Whereas we know Republicans don't take AIDS seriously, so whatever Bush does, it's too little too late.
Anybody have the Clinton record on AIDS handy?
It just surprised me that government is still wasteful and inept bucause Al Gore reinvented it a few years ago.
