Launching his campaign in NOLA was a nice touch. Ill probably get banned for this, but at this stage the vocal residents of NOLA are still looking for hand outs. What did Edwards promise the "civic leaders" of NOLA when he launched his campaign? The politicians still screaming about Katrina, are still in ME mode. Edwards knows damn well the opportunities available in NOLA. There are more jobs, cheap housing, and education opportunities available there than you can shake a stick at. But why should the ME folks take advantage of them when a sleazy trial will offer them for free?

Well...I surely won't be a bit surprised to hear Mary Landrieu take advantage of Edwards' campaign points about NO, to come to the Senate within the first week and demand more money...

Because the "me" folks all want more welfare, they don't want jobs.
