So educate us. What's the whole picture that you can see but we are not seeing. Clue us small picture folks in a little I suggest watching the House and the Senate and how they throw their pork spending projects into important Bills
If you watch and see how Congress plays their games .. you might learn a few things and possibly finding a solution other then giving control of Congress to the BIG $$$ spending Democrats
