Good grief! I'M not a gold digger! SHE and I both want to be able to protect her estate. I PHONED an attorney to find out how much time I would have to remove her things from my late Stepdad's house. I DID this because I DO work and will (eventually) have to take time off from work to handle her funeral and probate because I AM an ONLY child. I did this to MENTIALLY prepare myself for what WILL eventually happen!
I'm sorry I ever brought this up!!
All I did was to ask for some advice about how to get a state law passed! My Mom is 80 years old after all and she has outlived all of her siblings. This is called being informed and prepared!
