The box/device was being loaded onto a cruise ship scheduled for four day cruise starting later. The sensor caught it as having C4. They tested it five more times with positive reactions each test. They then brought in a bomb sniffing dog that did not react to the box. So there is confusion. Miami-Dade bomb squad is on the way.

No knowledge as to the status of the cruise, if any passengers were on board, etc.

Dead birds in Houston.
Possible C4 in Port of Miami
Tanker fire in Texas.

Last 24 hours has been filled with a lot of interesting isolated incidents.
