More's the pity, because Sessions was The Man during last year's Senate amnesty debate, and is a true conservative. Being from The Heart of Dixie is a disadvantage, as the competitive states are in the North, and we've had 16 years of Southern presidents. Sessions might make an attractive VP candidate for a Giuliani or Romney if either feels the need to shore up support with the South or with the Right (or for McCain, if he wants to balance his ticket by adding someone who is sane).
Session wouldn't be a Conservative if he became the V.P for the candidacies of McKerry or Guiliani, Romney. (Just being honest)..
