I love how that list is full of executive orders (hello, Bush was not voted out of office), things that absolutely did not happen (Constitutional amendment saying marriage is between one man and one woman), and things that would have been passed even with 100% Dems (Teacher Protection Act).

I also love how the insanely bloated healthcare legislation package is broken down to highlight only some select bits which can safely be presented in a positive light. I guarantee you that you will be able to do the same thing with any of the major democrat bills that get passed this time around. Never mind that healthcare package was one of the most anti-conservative monsters of wasteful government socialism to date.
