Unfortunately Mexico is among a fair number of countries where only a tiny proportion of crimes are ever prosecuted. Unless the crime happens in front of a cop or you can afford to pay the cops and judges, very little happens to criminals in mexico.

I had a girlfriend who's parents were from Mexico. They told me that crimes like rape are common in mexico because "men will be men" and that attitude was very common across much of south and central America.

Oh yeah, I live in a central American country and watched the local news last night. There were eight homicides numerous cased of drug busts and stories of political corruption. Illegals do not need lessons from the US about crime, drugs and corruption.

Polls show that the youngest of our citizens actually want to believe illegals and accept them.
