Do you think that McCain was also behind that rediculous story last month that tried to paint Romney as anti illegal immigration? (Romney employs a landscape contractor who had evidently hired illegal immigrants who were interviewed by the Boston Globe.) Seems like the same MO to me, either McCain or DNC. BTW, DNC came out today against Romney's strong stand on Iraq.
Could be - but I think the Mass. Republicans were behind that one. They seemed to be against Romney for not backing them in the 2006 election.
