Understand and do appreciate your response. Their long term plans are to set up in some cases a Caliph, in others to simply fight any western encrouchment on their claimed by conquest soils. But I do believe we are seeing a shift in how they view the rest of the world's response to what some of them do.
Even some Europeans are getting a bit pissed over Islam. To much blood shed in the past few years for even the dense to not realize Islam is no religion of peace but an evil cult in disguise.
At any rate. As long as the POTUS and a few key supporting western governments continue to beat their frigen brains in, that is OK by me. It will take years to slowly eradicate these radical and not so radical organizations. To think otherwise is folly. One thing for certain. I agree with your closing sentence. But let us also remember, there are those in the muslim world that slowly are seeing their value system as being their worst enemy. People can change. Japan did.
