The problem wasn't that he was licking the rail, it's the bird up in the trees above the rail that have been pooping on the rail that's the problem.
Or the mucus on the rail from someones last sneeze, or the the e coli on the rail, because someone didn't wash their hands, and grabbed it after going to the bathroom .
I'm sick just watching that kid.
