That's actually very funny. I think about that EVERY time I see one of these panel shows and round table discussions with all the pundits sitting there bloviating on issues. I always feel that most of them are basically just "masturbating", just talking to make themselves feel good.
The difference between them and 'most people' is that most people have the common courtesy to masturbate privately. They're also under the misapprehension that because their mental circle jerks please them, they must also please the rest of us.
Me? I just wish they'd go back to doing it privately. I've nothing against masturbation, mental or otherwise. Lord knows it kept me from climbing a tower with a high power rifle many times, but I never once felt the need to share the activity with the rest of the planet.
