"...It's time we recognized the nature of the conflict. It's total war and we are all involved. Nobody on our side is exempted because of age, gender, or handicap. The Islamofacists have stolen childhood from the world." [FReeper Retief]
"...That the totalitarian force pitted against freedom wears a religious makes this civil war among mankind all the more difficult to engage. Loving freedom as we do, it seems reprehensible to deliberate against a religion. But this is no ordinary religion as it demands absolute obedience of all to their religion at the cost of freedom itself." [FReeper Backtothestreets]
No, kick their asses....then smite them
I don't think so. Congress is talking about pulling the plug for funding Iraq.
As angry Americans laid seige to the Capitol building.....
I feel the same as you. You don't go to war to shake hands. You go to war to KILL THE ENEMY on sight!! I hope and pray that the army has been given new instructions to actually kill the enemy. Political corruptness does not win wars. CO
Shia cleric---Fat boy?
Oh how I would love to see "angry Americans lay seige on the Capitol and all the stupid liberal riff raff in it". Those are the asses that really need to be kicked.
This is a really important turn of events with a lot of implications.
If the mullah's were to lose the arab shiite territory of Khuzestan with its oil pipelines and refineries, Iran would be living on pastichio nuts and flying carpets...
It's time to kick some Iranian a$$.
You always have the coolest stuff!
This should have happened long before now.
Nancy Pelosi and her gang of Liberals never met a terrorist they didn't love and feel sorry for.
Political correctness is directly responsible for most US casualties in OIF.
From day 1, we've refrained from displaying the flag when crossing the Kuwait-Iraq border. We've not returned fire when being fired upon from mosques. We let Moqtada al-Sadr get away and let his forces fight another day.
If we don't change the ROE to give PC the boot, we're toast.
Bottom line ... our most dangerous enemies are the enemies within. We need to silence the Frankfurt School minions in the media, the Gramsci disciples in the DemocRAT party, and the one-time recipients of KGB support in Hollywood and academia once and for all. Even if it takes suspending habeus corpus to do it.
Kill enuff of them and they will eventually tire of dying.
Propagandists at work....
The press is the propaganda arm of the American left and they have an agenda...see this:
"You didn't see LeFors out there did you?"
"Good. For a minute there, I thought we were in trouble."
Did you know that our Troops actually know how to read?
Did you know that the IEDs actually have labels on them that can be read even after they blow up?
You know, made in China.... and stuff? Can you add 1 plus 1?
Why shouldn't they leak such information?
Tar and Feather futures are up.
Kill them, cut them into little pieces, and send the pieces to Achmadjibberjabber.
May the glow follow your soldier into the valley.
That information is old news. Now it is in your
Look at the US Bases in the area. Iran and Syria
should be very worried. My evil twin would had
nuked those Shia Islamic holy cities years ago but
Dick Cheney's not so secrete earthquake resonant
frequency satellite could do the job just as well.
Just as a sidebar thought, April or May oil futures
contract to the call side should be a good play. Those
pipe lines could be toast if the Shite's hit the fan.
First off, if you were to read the story, it implies that Bush has signed off on pursuing the Iranian's more aggressively and this story called it "clandestine" meaning that the order was to be kept a secret and a politician leaked this. It's no secret that the Iranians leave tell-tale industrial signatures and that troops and intel know this as we all do here on Freep. If you feel the need to belittle me thats your prerogative but try to keep it in context.
We are in this together.
LOL it's cool, I understand. I get pissed after a few refreshes and when I visit MEMRI.
