Nobody's talking about the Journeyman's pay. His pay is set at a certain multiple of the entry level pay in many cases.

If the workers get more money, why shouldn't the leadership get more? If a business earns more, and generates greater profits, the stockholders expect a larger dividend, and the management expects more compensation, and they'll probably get it. And the workers? What will they get?
