I'm going to write a stern letter to the Dallas Morning News.

I cut out and collected clippings from a HUGE pile of articles they featured back when they were making an all out effort to GET Karl Rove. This is literally a big bunch of paper.

Now, I believe I could possibly squeeze their coverage of the Sandy Berger stuff into the head of a pin.

There is a difference. Rove did nothing wrong except be a conservative.

Berger committed acts that were certainly illegal and probably treasonous. Not worth covering.

Although Brit did not give Juan a much needed verbal smack-down, he sure did give him a visual one. When Juan was ranting, the cameras focused on Brit, and he did the eye-roll thing. Subtle but smackdown none-the-less. I just love Brit. :-)

The way the temps are in Colorado, I'd say the igloos are INSIDE the homes.

Let's send Morgan some warm sand and some sunshine!

I think Brit did not slap the heck out of Juan enough on the panel today, and Kristol is saying the right stuff, but the body language is gruesome. Juan looks tall in his chair, Healthy, rested, talking totally incoherent BS, has no clue but looks very confident. Mara looks confident also, although her body language is a sort of held in check confidence playing games with herself like she has two heads, a good Mara and a bad Mara. Brit looks very thin in his face in particular and I hope he is not ill. He also does not give Super confidence in his Comments like the normal Brit would have done in the past, he just looks sad. Kristol is talking softer, rougher sounding voice and he either is shrinking even more than his short stature or he is slouching like he is totally depressed.

I thought Brit was going to smack Juan down until Kristol interrupted.

A fat little bully who knows he can go running to Mommy.

Mommy being the rest of the MSM and the wacko liberals.

He would never take on a conservative in a fair fight.

Not only does Nancy Pelosi's husband own a vast amount of stock ($17 Million) in DelMonte, parent company of Sunkist Tuna in Samoa, he is on the BOARD OF DIRECTORS of DelMonte.

He and the House Grandmother-in-Chief also own vineyards, hotel resorts, and other businesses which do NOT employ union workers.

While you're at it, you might send some to Los Angeles, as well as AZ, NV, TX and OK. They could all use some of that.

It seems global warming is breaking all across the country today.

Would like Russert to be asked if he thinks it's fair that he got to testify over the phone and not under oath in the Pflame matter.

A member of my family (not immediate) was in the situation you describe (re abortion). Her mother, envisioning a big future for daughter...she was in college and planning on a profession, encouraged the abortion. She thought having the baby would 'ruin the daughter's life.'

Well, guess what? Having the abortion ruined her life. She does have a mid-level career but no husband and no chldren which she desperately wants, but it's too late.

Great suggestion about the nuggets. By the time I get to read the thread my eyes are glazing over and I'm sure I'm missing something important that ought to be repeated.

Drudge has become the National Enquirer on line.

I don't go there any more.

I appreciate what he did in the past, but it's long past.

I agree in some ways but I still feel that the MSM have done such a good hatchet job

Yes, they have. And every time each attack goes unanswered it becomes ingrained in the average, uninformed American's mind as the truth and that is the problem. The failure to launch an effective PR counter-attack has been almost criminal. Our troops and our mission require more of an effort in this regard, however uncomfortable it might be or how "unseemly" they find it. This "rising above it all" stuff is not working. We not only have to wage a smarter fight against the enemy abroad, but against the enemy within as well.

Anyway, I just think VP Cheney is one, among many, of the spokesmen who could be used more effectively.

I suspect the info in Bayh's family FBI files has a lot to do with his sudden anti-American stances.

I'd like to see that question asked of BOTH Russert and that pathetic excuse for a Prosecutor.

How many of these bitter angry women in the press have ruined their own lives with abortion?? Remember when an abortion was no worse than taking an asperin? How many Dowds fell for that line and now are living with the consequences? I wouldn't trade my son for $10 million.

Pray for W and Our Troops
